During this time of year young moles, gophers, and voles will be venturing off into new areas causing lots of damage along there way. These areas could possible be your yard and if not treated quickly they can completely destroy a yard. The most common problem in rural Washington County such as Hillsboro or North Plains is moles in a field. Controlling areas such as large fields can be very difficult and take alot of equipment.

How do you eliminate moles and gophers from your yard?

The most effective way to remove moles and gophers from your yard is a trapping plan. Once you have removed the mole and gophers there is a very good chance you they will be back within the next year or two. That is why we think a maintenance plan is much more effective for large areas or yards that have reoccurring problems. We also have plans that can bundle Washington Country rodent control  and mole control to make sure your yard along with your house is critter free.

Vole Removal in Washington County, Oregon

Little is known about voles and they are commonly mistaken for a house mouse. They are very similar in look, but the damage is much different, voles are burrowing animals and create many small holes in your yard. They do not push much dirt out of the holes cause the tunnels are so small. Voles prefer tall grass or covered areas, so keeping your lawn cut and leaves raked up is a good preventative for vole damage. There are many voles repellents and poisons out there, but the most effective way to remove voles in Washington Country is trapping. We are able to set up trapping plans to control the damage and prevent future problems from occurring.
